For some roles we will consider home working and flexi-time.
We offer a comprehensive learning and development programme for all staff, across all areas of the service. We make a firm commitment to your continuing personal and professional development, encourage our team to acquire new knowledge and skills, and have a robust training strategy.
In addition to statutory and mandatory training, we can offer further development through Skills for Care, the NHS Leadership Academy, and through optional programmes of study via our e-Learning platform.
For unregistered workers, we support attainment of the Care Certificate and, thereafter, NVQ qualifications up to Level 5.
All of our training programmes are fully funded.
We operate a pension scheme through which we contribute up to 14% of your qualifying earnings. Anyone who starts working for us automatically becomes a member of the occupational pension scheme, but membership is voluntary and you can opt not to join, or to leave the scheme, at any time.

We operate a discretionary annual profit share scheme as a way to reward our team. This involves a set percentage of profits being distributed to team members based on performance against objectives. Further information will be made available upon commencement of employment.
We offer a discretionary occupational sick pay scheme, subject to eligibility and length of service.

We believe having a diverse workforce is a key strength of our culture and understand the importance of making sure our workforce fully represents the communities in which we operate and the clients we serve.
Work is better when we create a positive working environment and we want people to feel comfortable and free to bring their whole self to work. Nobody should feel they can’t be authentic at work.
