Leadership Team

Jack Wise

Jack Wise

Director & Registered Manager
Jack is the Director and CQC Registered Manager & Nominated Individual.

He has 11 years' of health and social care experience spanning mental health, community and acute services and most recently led an adult social care group in London.

Jack holds an MSc from Canterbury Christ Church University, is a member of the Royal College of Nursing, a member of the Q Community and sits on the NHS South East London People Board.
Julia Flynn

Julia Flynn

Care Co-ordinator
Julia is the Care Co-ordinator and oversees quality and governance.

She started her career in care in 2019 and has since worked in residential care and has been in community services since 2020. Julia brings experience in clinical audit, quality improvement and care assessments.

Prior to moving in to adult social care, Julia worked in professional childcare for over twenty years.
Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith

Business Administrator
Wendy is the Business Administrator and supports the team with maintaining care and personnel records, financial management including invoicing and communications.

She left school with an interest in business and saw an opportunity in health and care. Wendy excelled throughout her NVQ completing the programme with a Distinction.

Prior to joining Hever on a part-time basis, Wendy started an NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship with a domiciliary care group in Bromley. Wendy also works in administrative services for one of England's largest NHS Trusts.
