I am so glad to have found Hever Care, their support has proved outstanding - way ahead of previous companies I have worked with.
We use their 24 hour live-in care service at weekends and holidays to care for my elderly mother who lives with Mixed Dementia.
 
The carers themselves are caring and attentive,  knowing when Mum needs help and when she needs space to herself. I find them to be reliable and trustworthy and leave feeling confident Mum is in safe hands.
 
The direct company support for scheduling visits, admin and day to day questions is excellent - friendly, open, honest and above all realistic.
All in all the support they provide and the way they deliver it is invaluable to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

As the pemanent support for my wife since she suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2007 and as I am approaching 88 and slowing down, the family thought support from Hever Care at getting my wife ready at the beginning of the day would be helpful. So it has proved.

 

In the months since the arrangement began, it has been helpful to me. Not only in the initial care in getting my wife ready for the day, but also (where time allows) in doing other useful household jobs.
