Home First

Leaving hospital can be daunting. Our home first pathway enables people to leave hospital quickly and ensures there is appropriate support at home for as long as is needed to regain independence.

Helping Hand

‘Light-touch’ day-to-day support at and around the home to promote independence. From companionship for emotional support to shopping, preparing light meals or running errands such as prescription collections.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping to help with all the awkward domestic jobs – from hoovering the stairs to organising laundry and doing the ironing. Keeping our homes safe, comfortable and clean is paramount to our wellbeing as we age.

I don’t know what I would do without the carers. After having a stroke, life changed completely for me and I was only 50 at the time! I have help with a bath in the mornings and they always make sure I have my medication.

More recently we have been able to get out much more into town which is great for me and back to the park. I use a wheelchair because walking is really difficult but we always manage just fine. They always arrive when they say they will, helpful always have a laugh as well.

If anyone is looking for home care I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
