We use comments, compliments and complaints to help us develop our service and our team. Every year we conduct surveys to help us understand how people feel about us, but people can share their feedback at any time.

Every so often we know something might go wrong with the service you receive from us. If you’re unhappy with the care you receive or an element of our service, we want to hear from you.

We also want to hear from you if you’re happy with the care you’re receiving – it’s good to be able to thank the team and let people know they’re doing a good job, so if you have a compliment, congratulation or complaint, you can find all the different ways to give us your feedback on this page.
